It's the 60's and a group of friends gather at the same bar every night. They are united by their love of music and dance. Wow, can they dance! Especially the girls, inspired by the rhythms, inviting each other to do the Twist.
Suddenly, the street Champion appears and immediately captivates all girls. But he singles out only one girl.
There is also a Comic among them, who wishes he had the girls' attention and praises. But the girls make fun of him and the poor guy falls.
Amid this fun, quite unexpectedly, a Hooligan enters. He wants to dance, but his moves are rude, aggressive and ugly. He tries to force the girls into his dance, but they'd rather not.
Comic appears and tries to save the girls - but no luck.
The Champion almost wins, but Hooligan strikes him in the back. Only the Girl's love saves the Champion.
A new person enters the bar - a Juggler. Everyone also notices Carol, one of the nice, dancing girls.
Hooligan and Champion race cars. Hooligan wants to win this competition, but the girls would like to prevent him from it.
In the end, Champion offers his friendship to Hooligan and everybody is happy. They start the favorite dance of the night - Rock-n-Roll.
It is dance that helps unite the people.
